Flower Ceremony

June 14, 2026
Each year, not tied to a date but a season, we recall the Flower Ceremony of the Rev. Norbert Capek. He originated the service to celebrate friendship and unity, during WWII. Bring a flower and take a different one home as we revel in history, love, friendship, and flowers.
Religion, in some form, is part of being human. Going to some house of worship enriches our humanity, and belonging in our Beloved Community makes us stronger for the journey.
